We know that it’s not always easy to find the time or money that allows you to pamper yourself—which is why Ghetto Nails aim to offer amazing customer experience, service and beauty therapy treatments that won’t cost an arm and a leg, when it comes to your money and time.

Ensuring the Best Experience
At Ghetto Nails, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best customer experience and service as possible from the minute they enter our doors, to the moment they leave our friendly home-based establishment.
Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations and procedures.
Curtious, if you could please have clear cuticles/nails prior to our appointment/booking.All appointments/bookings are booked/scheduled! No drop in appointments, please make contact to book and schedule yours 🤍
Health & safety:
We are a child friendly environment and welcome all māmā/mothers to bring there pēpē/baby or tamariki/children along with them, if they are comfortable with doing so, during our appointment/booking.
Please note: We take no responsibility of any baby or children during our appointment/booking but do provide toys in our environment. If the environment becomes to unsettled it may lead to stopping and reschedule of appointment/booking with Ghetto Nails.

CANCELLATIONS
Just Let Us Know, were flexible
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just shoot us a message letting us know or if you need to rebook or reschedule at short notice please flick us a message asap. If you don’t let us know or make no contact 20 minutes after your arranged booking, we will have to cancel your scheduled appointment with Ghetto Nails.
IF RUNNING LATE OR NEEDING TO REBOOK
Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to other clients at Ghetto Nails and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know, so we can minimize any disruption to other customers bookings.Kindly appreciated.
